Warranty Policy

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or accidental damage after repair completion.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase or service receipt.
Trade-In Program
Devices accepted for trade-ins must meet the evaluation criteria provided by our team.
Trade-in values are determined based on the device’s condition, age, and market value.
Payments
Payment for services or products must be made at the time of purchase or service completion.
We accept multiple payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
Liability
While we strive to deliver the highest quality services, AppleForce PK is not liable for:
- Data loss during repairs.
- Damage caused by pre-existing issues not disclosed during device submission.
- Delays in service completion due to unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are advised to back up their data before submitting their devices for repair.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers may cancel a service request before the repair process begins without incurring charges.
Refunds for products or services are only provided under specific circumstances, subject to our team’s review.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
