Our standard warranty: 90 days parts + labour
Every repair at AppleForce comes with 90-day warranty on the specific part repaired AND the labour involved. Written, on your invoice. Genuine parts only — we don't offer fast-fix-with-aftermarket as a discount option.
90 days starts from collection day. Phone call, WhatsApp message, or workshop visit — any of these starts the claim if there's an issue.
What's covered under warranty
Failure of the part we replaced or repaired (e.g., new battery degrading rapidly, new screen showing flicker).
Workmanship — if a screw came loose, cable wasn't reseated properly, etc.
Re-pairing failures — if Touch ID, True Tone, or BMS didn't pair correctly after our work.
What's NOT covered
Damage to a different component than what we repaired (e.g., we replaced your screen, then a week later your keyboard fails — that's a separate issue).
Physical damage caused after our repair (drops, liquid spills, impact).
Pre-existing issues not addressed in the original repair.
Apple-side software bugs (macOS issues, app crashes).
Claim process
WhatsApp 0345-1187650 within 90 days with: your name, the original work order number, photos/video of the issue, what you've already tried.
We respond within 4 hours during business hours. Either we troubleshoot remotely (often fixes it) or invite you to bring the Mac in.
Workshop revisit: same-day for most issues. Free re-work if the issue is genuinely warranty-covered. No diagnostic charge.
Extended warranty option (paid)
After the 90-day default, we offer optional extended warranty per repair. PKR 3,000–8,000 per year per repair, depending on part value. Covers same scope (the repair we did).
Useful for business users with budget for predictable IT costs. Most individual customers find 90-day default sufficient.
Used MacBook warranty (different)
Refurbished/used Mac purchases from AppleForce: 90-day full-Mac warranty covering all parts (not just one). Like 'as-is' but with a safety net.
Hardware failures during 90 days: we repair or replace at no cost.
Issues caused by user (drops, spills): not covered, but we offer fair-price repair.
How we compare to alternatives
Apple authorised service centres in Pakistan (sparse): 1-year warranty on parts they fitted. Higher price, similar quality.
Hafeez Centre / Saddar shops: typically 30 days or verbal warranty only. Aftermarket part risk.
AppleForce: 90 days written + genuine parts + Apple-spec techniques. We aim for the value sweet spot.
