We respond within 4 hours with: likely diagnosis, expected cost range, courier logistics, and total turnaround estimate.
No-cost consultation — quote is non-binding until we see the Mac.
Step 2: Courier pickup
We send you a courier label via WhatsApp. You don't visit a courier office. The courier (typically TCS Plus or M&P) comes to your home/office.
Pack the Mac in original Apple box if available, or any sturdy box with bubble wrap. Don't include charger unless we specifically asked.
Courier picks up. Tracking number sent to your WhatsApp immediately.
Step 3: Receive + free diagnosis
Mac arrives at our Lahore workshop within 1–2 business days. We confirm receipt via WhatsApp with photos.
Free diagnostic begins within 24 hours. Apple Diagnostics, visual inspection, stress tests as appropriate. Diagnostic report shared via WhatsApp.
If the diagnosis matches the original quote: we ask you to confirm to proceed. If not (issue is different or bigger), we send a revised quote first.
Step 4: Repair + quality check
Once you approve, we begin work. Genuine parts in stock typically; for rare parts there may be a 2–3 day procurement delay (we'll tell you).
Repair complete: Mac is tested for 24 hours minimum to confirm no related issues. Boot tests, battery cycle, stress, sleep/wake.
Photos of finished work sent to you. Invoice with serial numbers of parts used.
Step 5: Payment + return shipping
Payment options: bank transfer (HBL, MCB, JazzCash), credit/debit card (with 2.5% surcharge), or cash-on-delivery (PKR 500 surcharge).
Once payment received, we book TCS Plus return shipping with full declared value insurance. Tracking sent to you.
Mac arrives at your address in 1–2 days from shipping.
Total timeline summary
Day 1: Quote + courier pickup.
Day 2–3: Mac arrives at workshop + diagnosis.
Day 3–4: Repair work (assuming parts in stock).
Day 4–5: Testing + payment.
Day 5–6: Return shipping arrives.
Total: 5–7 days typical. Faster for simple jobs, longer for parts-procurement cases (up to 10 days).
Costs included
Courier pickup + insured return: PKR 1,200–2,500 round trip depending on city. Often quote-inclusive — we don't surprise you with shipping costs.
Diagnostic: free.
Parts + labour: as quoted before repair starts.
Re-shipping if needed (warranty claims): free within 90 days.
