The 4-step trade-in process
Step 1 · WhatsApp valuation: send photos of your old device (lid, base, screen-on, ports close-up) + the System Report or About-Phone screen. We send written valuation within 30 minutes.
Step 2 · Confirm + lock: agree the valuation. We hold the offer for 7 days while you decide on the new Mac purchase.
Step 3 · Two-way logistics: in Lahore, we send a runner to collect your old device + deliver your new Mac in a single visit. Outside Lahore, we courier both directions · we pay both courier legs.
Step 4 · Final adjustment: on receipt of your old device, we verify condition matches photos. If yes, full credit applied. If different (e.g., undisclosed damage), we adjust valuation transparently with photos before completing.
Total elapsed time: typically 24-72 hours from WhatsApp to having your new Mac in hand.
Stacking trade-ins for bigger discount
Common scenario: trade in old MacBook + iPhone simultaneously toward new MacBook Pro 14 purchase. Both credits stack.
Example: trade old M1 Air (PKR 110k credit) + old iPhone 13 (PKR 80k credit) = PKR 190k credit. Apply to Pro 14 M1 Pro (PKR 320k) = net PKR 130k out-of-pocket.

What we look for in valuation
Mechanical condition: does it work, all keys functional, battery health %, screen condition, port functionality, Wi-Fi + Bluetooth working.
Cosmetic condition: marks, dents, scratches, scuffs. Higher cosmetic grade = higher trade-in.
Accessory completeness: original charger, original box, AppleCare paperwork (if any). All add value.
Pakistani regional pricing: PKR market for specific models. We track OLX + Hafeez Centre data weekly so our offers reflect current market value.
