The two protections combined
Every used MacBook from AppleForce comes with: a 7-day money-back window (no questions asked) AND a 15-day written warranty against hardware fault. The two work together.
Day 1 to Day 7: full refund window. If you change your mind, didn't like the colour, prefer a different model, found a better deal elsewhere, anything · full refund. No fee, no restocking charge.
Day 1 to Day 15: hardware warranty window. Anything that breaks (battery, screen, board, keyboard, port, speaker, microphone, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, SSD) covered for repair or swap at no charge.
These run in parallel. So days 1-7 you have BOTH money-back AND warranty. Days 8-15 you only have warranty.
What 7-day money-back covers
ANY reason. We don't ask why.
Common reasons customers invoke it: 'wanted a bigger screen,' 'didn't like the colour,' 'found a better deal,' 'family decided we need iPad instead,' 'realized I needed 32GB RAM not 16GB.'
Process: WhatsApp 0312-4690005, say 'I want to invoke 7-day money-back.' Send the Mac to us (free courier from any Pakistani city). We refund full purchase price within 24 hours of receiving the Mac back in original condition.
Caveat: the Mac must be returned in original condition. Cracked screen, water damage, missing accessories = these would have been caught by you on inspection. Returning damaged-by-you is not covered.
What 15-day warranty covers
Any hardware fault: battery suddenly stops charging, screen develops dead pixels, port stops working, keyboard key fails, speaker rattles, Wi-Fi disconnects randomly, SSD failure.
Process: WhatsApp 0312-4690005 with photo/video of the issue. Send the Mac to us (free courier). We repair with genuine Apple parts, courier back to you (free). Total turnaround typically 3-7 days.
Genuine Apple parts only. We don't substitute aftermarket parts under warranty.
If repair is impossible (rare): full swap with an equivalent unit from current stock. No PKR difference if equivalent. If you upgrade specs at swap time, you pay difference.
What's NOT covered
Liquid damage (you spilled water/tea on it).
Physical impact damage (you dropped it, screen cracked, case dented).
Cosmetic damage that happened during your use (scratches, scuffs from your wear and tear).
Software issues caused by your installation (malware from pirated software, OS corruption from bad app install, etc.).
Lost or stolen Macs (Activation Lock + Find My is your defense here).
User-caused damage to keys, trackpad, ports from misuse (rough plugging-in, food/dust accumulation).
How AppleForce warranty compares to alternatives
OLX or Hafeez Centre 'as-is' sale: zero warranty. Pay PKR 145-2000k, hope it works, accept the loss if it doesn't.
Pakistani Apple authorised reseller new MacBook: 1-year Apple warranty (Pakistan-area coverage). Better than ours for new units, but new prices are 30-50% higher.
AppleForce 15-day + 7-day money-back: covers the riskiest period of used-Mac ownership (where most hidden faults manifest). After day 15 we still offer paid repair at standard pricing with genuine parts.
Honest comparison: our 15 days catches 95% of 'will this break' scenarios. The other 5% (extended-life faults) are statistically the same on a used Mac vs a new Mac · both products run reliably or fail eventually. Choose what fits your budget.

Standard AppleForce repair pricing applies post-warranty. Battery replacement: PKR 18-22k. Screen replacement: PKR 35-110k depending on model. Logic board work: PKR 25-80k depending on fault.
