What 7-day money-back actually means
From the day you receive your used Mac, you have 7 calendar days to return it for any reason. Full refund, no questions, no restocking fee.
'Any reason' is literal. You can: change your mind, find a better deal, realize you needed different specs, decide you actually wanted an iPad instead, family said no, anything.
This is in addition to (not replacement for) the 15-day hardware warranty. Days 1-7 you have BOTH protections.
Goal: remove all risk from the purchase decision. You can experiment with the Mac in your real workflow. If it doesn't fit, you're not stuck.
How to invoke money-back
Step 1: WhatsApp 0312-4690005 within the 7-day window. Say 'I want to invoke the 7-day money-back guarantee.'
Step 2: we acknowledge within 1-2 hours and schedule courier pickup at no cost to you (free TCS Plus / Leopards Premium from any Pakistani city).
Step 3: courier the Mac back to AppleForce Lahore. Include all accessories (charger, box if you got one, warranty card).
Step 4: we verify on receipt that the Mac is in original condition. Verification typically takes 24 hours.
Step 5: full refund issued to your original payment method within 24-48 hours of verification. Bank transfer, card refund, or original payment method.
Total elapsed time: 4-7 working days from WhatsApp to money in your account.
What's covered (the 'any reason' list)
Buyer's remorse: 'I shouldn't have spent this much.'
Spec mismatch: 'I needed 32GB RAM not 16GB.'
Wrong choice: 'I wanted Air not Pro.'
Better deal elsewhere: 'Found a cheaper unit on OLX after buying.'
Family decision: 'My partner wants me to wait.'
Use case mismatch: 'It's actually too slow for my work.'
Aesthetic preference: 'Didn't realize how scratched Grade B looks in person.'
Any other personal reason. We don't ask why.
What's NOT covered
Damage you caused: cracked screen, dented case, liquid spill, dropped from any height.
Cosmetic damage from your use: scratches you put on it, scuffs from your bag.
Software you installed: pirated software, OS corruption from bad installs, malware.
Missing accessories: returned without original charger, box, warranty card · refund reduced by replacement cost of missing items (PKR 5-8k typical).
Activation Lock by you: if you sign into iCloud + enable Find My and don't sign out before returning, the Mac is locked to your Apple ID. Sign out before sending back.
Returns past day 7: hardware warranty still applies through day 15, but money-back window has closed.
When customers typically invoke this
Year 1 of AppleForce sales: ~3% of buyers invoked money-back. Most common reason: realized they needed bigger spec (8GB→16GB upgrade pull).
Year 3 trend: invocation rate dropped to ~1.5%. Buyers are increasingly informed pre-purchase, fewer mismatches.
Real example: customer bought M2 Air 16GB to replace failing Intel MacBook Pro. After 5 days realized she needed Pro 14 for sustained video editing. Returned the M2 Air, applied refund to Pro 14 M1 Pro purchase. Net: 6 days total transaction time.
Another real example: customer bought M1 Air for daughter starting college. Daughter decided she wanted Windows laptop instead (her boyfriend had one). Returned M1 Air, full refund. No drama.
We're proud of the policy. It reflects confidence in our product. We rarely lose money on returns · 95% of returned Macs sell within 14 days to another buyer.
How this compares to alternatives
OLX sale: ZERO returns. Once you pay, it's yours.
Hafeez Centre shop: typically zero returns or 'exchange only' within tight window.
Apple authorised reseller (new MacBook): typically 7-14 day exchange policy but with restocking fee.
AppleForce used Mac: 7-day full money-back, free courier both directions, no restocking fee.
Honest: this is the most buyer-friendly used MacBook return policy in Pakistan as of 2026. Other independent sellers don't offer it because their margins don't allow for returns.
